This handy tip from Alec, of Sycamore Highlands Community Action Group: 

If you have a smart phone, look for the Riverside 311 App in your App store. I just tried it today and it appears to have worked well.
 
With the App, you can take a picture of City property that needs to be repaired or cleaned of graffiti and then with the push of a button, the image and the GPS coordinates where the image was taken are submitted to the City of Riverside for action. I reported an obstructed stop sign and a pothole that needed to be filled within just a few seconds today.
 
The City benefits by using residents to report problems rather than having inspectors drive all around the City looking for things to repair.

Riverside Passport Services Moving and Expanding
Beginning August 1, passport services will no longer be available at City Hall.
Passport Services are moving and expanding in response to growing demand,
the larger City Clerk's Passport Services office will be located at the
Public Utilities Customer Resource Center, 3025 Madison Street.

Agents are available to answer questions, help complete forms and process
paperwork at your convenience Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; no
appointment is necessary, walk-ins only.  Although renewals of valid
passports are processed by mail, the Riverside Passport Services office
assists with forms, photos, and information.

The city charges a $25 processing fee and $9 for a photo.  There is also a
State Department charge of $110 for an adult's passport book and $80 for a
child 15 or under.  Less expensive Passport Cards for travel by land or sea
to Mexico, Canada, the Caribbean, and Bermuda are also available.
